We are pleased to offer: Used Horizon StitchLiner System Year 2006 Specification Horizon StitchLiner line for saddle-stitched booklets, configured for continuous production with tower collating, accumulation and folding, saddle stitching, and in-line three-knife trimming. The VAC-100 towers ensure stable, expandable vacuum-fed sheet feeding; the ACF-30 accumulator/folder assembles the set with controlled creasing and folding; the SPF-30 stitcher/folder performs precise saddle stitching; the HTS-30 trimmer executes the final three-knife cut; and the ST-40 stacker/by-pass unit allows high pile stacking, rejection of faulty sets, and continuous operation. The belt delivery and waste extraction system optimise workflow and cleanliness throughout the line. An ideal system for commercial printers and publishers requiring precision, repeatability, and high productivity in brochures, magazines, and catalogues.
