  • Subscribers who purchase a paid listing may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of the purchase. If the request is made within this timeframe, the total amount paid will be refunded.
  • After twenty-four hours from the time the listing goes live, no refunds will be issued for paid listings.

Mobile Application Subscriptions

  • For subscriptions related to our mobile application, refunds will adhere to the rules and policies set forth by Google Play and Apple App Store.

Advertisements

  • There are no refunds available for advertisements on our platform. As advertisements are planned in advance.
