Paper Handling: Equipped with a non-stop pile feeder and delivery system, vacuum feed table, vacuum side lay control, and an air center for precise sheet alignment. The stock range is 0.04–1.2 mm, with an anilox roller (new) and a KERSTEN antistatic device in the feeder and delivery.
Printing Unit: Operates with ErgoTronic XY color control, Logotronic Professional CTP workstation (CIP3/4), and SIS Sensoric sheet control. Features include ErgoTronic automatic make-ready, ink temperature control, and VariDamp alcohol dampening.
Ink System: Supports water-based ink with TECHNOTRANS Combi refrigeration and recirculation, TECHNOTRANS InkLine supply, and VariDry BLUE IR/hot air dryers (lamps replaced recently). Includes an anilox roller (new) and chambered doctor blade system for coating.
