About Horizon - ST-20
The Horizon ST-20 is a high-performance, high-speed saddle-stitching machine designed for commercial printing and finishing applications. This machine is ideal for producing high-quality, professionally bound documents, such as catalogs, brochures, and magazines. The ST-20 offers advanced features, including automated setup, high-speed stitching, and precision folding, making it an excellent choice for print shops and binderies seeking to increase productivity and efficiency. Typical applications include commercial printing, digital printing, and in-plant printing operations.

Dimensions and Specifications : The Horizon ST-20 measures 123.6 inches (314 cm) in length, 43.3 inches (110 cm) in width, and 55.1 inches (140 cm) in height, with a weight of approximately 2,646 pounds (1,200 kg). The machine has a maximum stitching capacity of 10,000 sheets per hour.
Paper Handling : The ST-20 features a 24-bin signature feeder with a capacity of up to 10,000 sheets, and a 2,000-sheet delivery tray. The machine is equipped with a precision folding unit that can produce up to 6 parallel folds and 2 right-angle folds.
Stitching Unit : The Horizon ST-20 is equipped with a high-speed stitching unit that can produce up to 10,000 stitches per hour. The machine uses a wire stitching system with a wire diameter of 1.2 mm and a stitching length of up to 12 inches (305 mm).
Ink System : Not applicable, as the Horizon ST-20 is a finishing machine and does not use ink.
Plate Cylinder : Not applicable, as the Horizon ST-20 is a finishing machine and does not use a plate cylinder.
