It has a maximum binding capacity of 2 inches (51 mm) and can handle paper sizes ranging from 5.5 x 8.5 inches (140 x 216 mm) to 14 x 20 inches (356 x 508 mm).
Paper Handling : The machine features a high-capacity feeder with a 24-inch (610 mm) wide conveyor belt, capable of handling up to 2,000 sheets per hour. It has a precision-controlled paper alignment system and an adjustable side guide for accurate paper registration. The output conveyor has a capacity of up to 1,000 bound books per hour.
Printing Unit : Not applicable, as the NewBind Adventure PUR Glue is a binding machine and does not have a printing unit.
Ink System : The machine uses a PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) hot melt glue system, which provides strong and flexible bonds. The glue tank has a capacity of 20 pounds (9 kg) and is equipped with a temperature control system for optimal glue application.
