We are pleased to offer: Used Xinwei QFM-600A Automatic Case Making Machine Year 2018 Specification This versatile machine is designed to produce a wide range of products, including bookcases, ring binders, letter file cases, large-format pattern bookcases, calendars, game boards, and similar items. It features an interior lining, ensuring a high-quality finish. The machine is equipped with a digital control unit with touch-screen operation, utilising Japanese OMRON PLC software for precise control. Key features include a pile sheet feeder with a vacuum conveyor and register for exact placement, a hot gelatin glue tank, and a board spotter with side feeding for single, three-piece, and routed boards (multi-piece board feeding is possible with additional side guides). The machine also offers an automatic four-sided turning-in section, a pressing cycle option for lining, and a roller belt output for counting and side-moving stacks. It is driven by a DC motor and comes complete with a compressor, tools, and accessories.
