The Minipack®-torre Galaxy Food is a vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) packaging machine designed for the food industry. Paper Handling : The machine features a horizontal infeed system with a product loading height of 1,200 mm. It is equipped with a single-lane or multi-lane packaging system, depending on the product requirements. The Galaxy Food model has a maximum pouch size of 350 mm in width and 500 mm in length.
Printing Unit : The machine is equipped with a thermal transfer printer that can print up to 300 dpi resolution at a speed of 150 mm per second. It supports various printing formats, including date, time, batch number, and barcode.
Ink System : The thermal transfer printer uses a dry ink system with a ribbon length of 450 meters. The ink system is designed for high-speed printing and is suitable for a wide range of packaging materials.
Plate Cylinder : The plate cylinder is designed for easy changeovers and has a diameter of 250 mm. It is equipped with a quick-release system, allowing for fast and efficient plate changes.
