The Nilpeter B3000-7 is a high-performance narrow-web flexographic printing press designed for label and packaging converters. The press weighs approximately 4,500 kg (9,921 lbs) and has a maximum production speed of 200 m/min (656 ft/min).
Paper Handling : The B3000-7 features a 10-inch (254 mm) diameter unwind spindle with a maximum unwind diameter of 1,000 mm (39.4 in). The press is equipped with a high-precision servo-driven rewind system with a maximum rewind diameter of 800 mm (31.5 in). The machine has a single die-cutting station and a shear-cut slitting system.
Printing Unit : The Nilpeter B3000-7 has seven flexographic printing units, each with a maximum print width of 300 mm (11.8 in). The printing units are equipped with high-precision servo-driven impression cylinders and feature a maximum print speed of 200 m/min (656 ft/min). The press uses a UV-curing system with a maximum power output of 12 kW.
Ink System : The B3000-7 uses a closed-loop ink circulation system with a total ink capacity of 21 liters (5.5 gal). The press is equipped with a chambered doctor blade system and features a high-precision ink metering system.
Plate Cylinder : The plate cylinder has a diameter of 300 mm (11.8 in) and a maximum plate thickness of 6 mm (0.24 in). The cylinder features a quick-change system for easy plate mounting and demounting.
