Dimensions and Specifications : The Gallus TCS 250 features a maximum printing width of 254 mm (10") and supports repeat lengths from 101.6 mm (4") to 254 mm (10") in increments of 3.175 mm (1/8"). The machine accommodates web widths ranging from 130 mm (5 7/64") to 265 mm (10 27/64") and operates at a maximum mechanical speed of 11,000 cycles per hour. It is designed for flat processing with precise registration and repeatability, ensuring consistent output across long production runs.

Paper Handling : The TCS 250 handles a variety of substrates, including pressure-sensitive materials (standard), paper ranging from 100 to 180 g/m², and carton/board up to 300 g/m² with a maximum thickness of 0.3 mm (0.012"). The system includes a single unwind unit with web guidance, a waste rewinder, and a dedicated rewinder for finished products, enabling seamless material handling and reducing downtime.

Printing Unit : The machine is equipped with six offset printing units, each paired with a UV dryer to ensure rapid ink curing and high gloss finishes.
