This is a used Gallus EM 510 S UV Model 28 flexographic label printing machine from 2008, designed for high-quality label production. The machine features 8 flexographic printing units with UV curing, inline laminating, die-cutting, and rewinding capabilities. It is ideal for producing self-adhesive labels, flexible packaging, and other specialty printed materials with precision and efficiency. Key upgrades and maintenance ensure reliable performance, making it suitable for commercial printing operations requiring versatility and high output quality.
Key Technical Aspects:
Printing Unit : The machine includes 8 flexographic printing units, enabling multi-color printing in a single pass. It features an inline laminator (new) and a die-cutting station with two magnetic cylinders (Z-98 / Z-116) for precise finishing. A rewinding unit ensures efficient material handling.
Ink System : The machine is equipped with a UV curing system and includes a comprehensive set of anilox rollers for precise ink transfer. New anilox rollers: 4 x 460, 2 x 400, 1 x 280, 1 x 240, 1 x 200, 1 x 180, 2 x 160, and 1 x 140. Used anilox rollers are also available as listed. Auxiliary equipment includes a new Rotocon Pro Clean for anilox cleaning and a new Rotocon RSI 600 with ET camera for inspection.
Plate Cylinder : The machine supports multiple plate sleeve sets for versatility: 96, 98, 116, 120, 136, 144, and 160 teeth. A new Ecoline Pro Mount system is included for precise plate mounting, enhancing setup accuracy and efficiency.
