Dimensions and Specifications : The CODIMAG Viva 340 offers a maximum printing width of 330 mm and supports web widths ranging from 120 mm to 340 mm. It accommodates printing lengths from 50 mm to 305 mm and achieves a maximum production speed of 12,000 labels per hour. The machine is equipped with a 1000 mm diameter unwind unit and a 700 mm diameter rewinder, ensuring efficient material handling for extended production runs.

Paper Handling : The press includes an unwind unit with a 1000 mm diameter capacity and a label grid rewinder with a 799 mm diameter. It features a longitudinal cutting device with four knives, a KELVA CWC web cleaning system, and a BST Promark video web monitoring system for precise material tracking. Additionally, an ELTEX anti-static device with five ionization bars ensures smooth web handling and reduces static-related issues.

Printing Unit : The Viva 340 is equipped with four waterless offset printing units, each featuring automatic washing devices, including a squeegee system. It includes a flexo-printing unit for coating applications, complete with a base and register trolley. The machine also incorporates four IST UV dryers (80 Watt each) for the printing units and one IST UV dryer (120 Watt) for the coating unit, ensuring rapid curing and high-quality finishes.

Ink System : The press utilizes an AEIC ink unit remote control system with temperature regulation for consistent ink performance. It includes four AP ink agitators to maintain ink viscosity and uniformity. The ink system is designed for waterless offset printing, eliminating the need for dampening solutions and reducing setup time.

Plate Cylinder : The Viva 340 features a plate cylinder with a 14-inch circumference, supporting magnetic cylinders for variable punching. The punching unit includes a 0.44 mm thick punching plate with a Gap Master for adjustable punching depth. Electropneumatic engagement and KMS ensure precise and repeatable punching operations.
