The Horizon CCR is a high-performance, continuous-feed inkjet printing machine designed for commercial printing applications. The machine is equipped with a dual-web input system, allowing for simultaneous printing on two webs. The output system features a high-capacity stacker with a maximum capacity of 50,000 sheets.
Printing Unit : The Horizon CCR utilizes a drop-on-demand, piezoelectric inkjet printing technology with a maximum print resolution of 600 dpi. The machine features 12 print heads, each with 2,048 nozzles, and can print in monochrome or full-color mode.
Ink System : The Horizon CCR uses a water-based, dye-based ink system with a maximum ink capacity of 20 liters per color. The machine features an automatic ink circulation system, ensuring consistent ink flow and minimizing waste.
Plate Cylinder : The Horizon CCR does not utilize a traditional plate cylinder, as it is a digital inkjet printing machine. Instead, the machine uses a print head array to generate the printed image, eliminating the need for printing plates.
