Dimensions and Specifications : The Bobst Mistral 110 A-2 operates at an inching speed of 64 ft/minute and a variable operating speed range of 64–1,313 ft/minute. It accommodates a maximum folded thickness of 15/32” and supports corrugated cardboard types N, F, and E flutes. The machine includes a 24” wide x 72” long lower compression belt extension with variable speed control, motorized transfer station adjustments, and a piston-operated Carton Corrector Device at the infeed belt for precise alignment.
Paper Handling : This model handles a maximum cardboard weight of 800 g/sqm and features an ACCUFEEDER system for consistent blank feeding. Additional paper handling components include an electric pile vibrator, suction device on two feeder belts, infeed devices on both left and right sides, and a main gauge with longitudinal setting. Blank alignment is ensured behind the feeder, supported by a 1-left alignment conveyor and suction guides for stability during processing.
Ink System : The machine is equipped with an HHS model C-1100-8MOD glue system, featuring 6 guns with 4 sensors and an 8-channel glue application system. It includes a lower left glue pot with 3 mm and 5 mm glue wheels, ensuring precise adhesive application for various box configurations.
