The extrusion unit includes a 90 mm diameter extruder, 2200 mm wide extrusion die, and a 700 mm chill roller. Electrical requirements are 3-phase, 400V ±10%, 50Hz, with a total power consumption of 385 kW. Supports coating weights from 7–25 g/sqm and handles materials up to 150 g/sqm grammage or 250 microns thickness.
Paper Handling : Equipped with a primary turret automatic unwinder (1000 mm diameter) and a secondary single-position unwinder for aluminum foil (1000 mm diameter). Features an automatic turret rewinder with a 1000 mm diameter for efficient material handling. Designed to process EVA coatings and compatible with a maximum paper grammage of 150 g/sqm and thickness of 250 microns.
