Dimensions and Specifications : The hybrid system features a 13” wide web capacity with a 25” repeat length. Electrical requirements include 48V, 3-phase, 60Hz power at 40 Amps. The machine is equipped with dual corona treaters, UV dryers, web guide, web cleaner, and razor slitter for precise material handling. All components are in excellent condition with low usage hours.
Printing Unit : The CEI FxBoss hybrid flexo press includes 2 flexo stations (one before and one after the digital unit), 1 die station, and 1 product rewind. The Durst Tau 330 RSCi 5c digital press provides CMYK+white ink printing with integrated UV drying. Additional features include lamination and dual UV dryers for enhanced print durability.
Ink System : The digital printing unit utilizes CMYK+white UV-curable inks, ensuring vibrant colors and excellent adhesion on various substrates. The hybrid flexo stations support traditional flexographic inks for complementary printing processes.
