The Creo-Scitex Lotem 800 V is a fully automatic external drum Computer-to-Plate (CtP) exposure unit designed for high-precision plate imaging in commercial printing environments. Operating with an infrared laser at 830 nm, this system delivers exceptional accuracy and efficiency for prepress workflows. Key features include a broad plate format range (400 x 510 mm to 905 x 1130 mm), adjustable resolution from 1524 to 3556 dpi, and compatibility with material thicknesses of 0.2-0.3 mm. With an exposure speed of approximately 10 plates per hour at 100 lines/cm, the Lotem 800 V ensures productivity while maintaining high-quality output. The system integrates a Bacher 2000 Autoplate register punch and supports online development via a conveyor-connected Kodak XPO Station and Mercury 1250 plate processor with stacker.
