Dimensions and Specifications : The Mitsubishi D 16 Max -Heat-Set Web features a 578 mm (22.750”) cut-off length and a 965 mm (38”) web width, optimized for high-volume commercial printing. The press is equipped with a MEGTEC Dual Dry III drying system (11900 mm) and a chill unit with four chill rollers to ensure proper ink setting and paper stability.

Paper Handling : The press includes a MEGTEC Z1500 Zero Speed Splicer (Model Z1.5-4050-18) for seamless roll changes, along with WPC Micro Trak 9438U and 9438F web guide systems for precise web alignment. Ten WPC Model 300B web break detectors enhance operational safety, while the Baldwin Model 1145 Web Catcher System ensures efficient waste handling.

Printing Unit : The machine comprises five blanket-to-blanket printing units, each featuring semi-automatic plate changers, BALDWIN automatic blanket washing devices, and the MITSUBISHI Dampening System.
