Paper Handling : The press includes a MEGTEC reel splicer for 50" rolls, a MAN Roland infeed unit, and a QTI web guide system for precise paper alignment. Additional features include a paper guiding system with rollers and break sensors, a web catching device, and a chill unit with five chill rollers to ensure stable paper transport and cooling.
Printing Unit : The ROTOMAN is configured with four double printing units operating in blanket-to-blanket configuration. It includes PECOM press control, motorized circumferential and side register adjustments, and a BALDWIN automatic blanket washing device. The press also features a QTI color register control and cut-off register control for precise print alignment.
Ink System : The press utilizes a Hydromix dampening unit for consistent ink-water balance, supported by a TECHNOTRANS Gamma.a refrigeration unit to maintain optimal temperature control. A WEKO silicon applicator is included for specialized coating applications.
Plate Cylinder : The ROTOMAN is equipped with a PPL semi-automatic plate changer for efficient plate mounting. A plate bender is also included to facilitate quick and accurate plate preparation.
