The press includes a Contiweb SH 40-OP-102 automatic splicer for seamless web handling, a HEIDELBERG/HARRIS T23 infeed unit with web aligner, and a Contiweb 7.0 Ecoweb dryer with an afterburner for efficient drying.

Paper Handling : The press is equipped with a QTI web guide system and a chill unit featuring four chill rollers to ensure precise web control and cooling. It also includes a silicon applicator for enhanced paper handling and a HEIDELBERG/HARRIS folder superstructure with two turner bars, a slitting and perforation shaft, and a former folder. The combination folder supports multiple folding formats, including broadsheet, tabloid, delta fold, and double parallel fold.

Printing Unit : The GOSS M 130 is configured with six HEIDELBERG/HARRIS double printing units, enabling high-quality multicolor printing. Each unit is equipped with a Duotrol dampening system and an automatic blanket washing device for consistent print performance. The press also features Omnicom for advanced print control and three control consoles for operator efficiency.

Ink System : The press utilizes a Telecolor II remote ink control system for precise ink management, along with AWS ink levelers to maintain consistent ink distribution. This ensures accurate color reproduction and reduces waste during production runs.
