Machine type: Automatic casemaker for hard covers.
Max. cover size: Approx. 670 × 390 mm.
Min. cover size: Approx. 120 × 180 mm.
Board thickness: 1.0 – 3.5 mm (depending on material).
Cover turn-in (overlap): Adjustable, approx. 15 – 30 mm.
Covering materials: Paper, cloth, synthetic materials.
Production capacity: Up to 30 cycles/min (depending on format and material).
Processes: Board feeding, gluing, board positioning, cover feeding, cover gluing, turn-in folding, and final pressing.
Construction: Heavy-duty steel frame for long-lasting precision.
