Designed for high-variability, short-run and one-copy-per-job production, the line enables seamless finishing of unique books with zero changeover time. The Tecnau Libra 800 is a fully automated book finishing solution capable of processing each book with different formats, thicknesses, and cover styles. It integrates unwinding, book-block assembly, binding, and three-knife trimming into a single continuous workflow. With two Libra 800 units working in parallel, the system significantly increases throughput while maintaining consistent quality and precise dimensional control.
