We are pleased to offer: Used Smyth Europea Book Sewer-Manual Feed Year 1970 Specification This manual-feed Smyth Europea Book Sewing Machine is a semi-automatic thread sewing system, ideal for the production of high-quality, sewn book blocks in short or medium runs. The operator manually opens each signature at the fold and places it onto the fixed transport saddle. The section is then taken by pushers and transferred to the sewing saddle, where an automatic registering device aligns the signatures before sewing. Thanks to its precise mechanical construction, the machine ensures tight, consistent stitching. Both sewing and hook needles are easy to align with the pre-punched holes, guaranteeing high accuracy and durability. It includes an automatic thread cut-off system, and when a signature is not loaded, the machine performs a blind stitch automatically. Cycles per minute: Approximately 100 cpm Max. paper size: 380 × 280 mm Min. paper size: 80 × 100 mm Output capacity: up to 6 000 cycles/hour Dimensions (L×W×H): 2.6 × 1.5 × 1.5 m Weight: approx. 1200 kg Power consumption: 3.1 kW Good working order Available immediately Read more: https://www.jerrycurtin.com/machine/en-134927/smyth-book-sewer-manual-feed
