This model operates with manual feeding (hand-feed) and is equipped with a gluing unit and turning-in unit, allowing the operator to apply adhesive to the cover material, accurately position the boards, and fold the edges to form a finished book case. Machines from the CMC casemaker range of this generation are known for their robust mechanical construction, reliability and precision, making them suitable for small to medium production runs in bookbinding workshops and hardcover book manufacturers. The machine includes a registering table for board positioning, glue application system, edge turning unit and pressing rollers, producing finished book cases ready for the book block casing-in process.
