Dimensions and Specifications : The Morgana BM5050S is a used but fully operational booklet production system with a maximum finished book thickness of 10mm (approximately 200 pages of 80gsm paper). It features two ISP stitching heads, each with a staple capacity of approximately 50,000 per coil. The machine supports a minimum paper size of 120 x 210 mm (4.73" x 8.27") and a maximum of 320 x 620 mm (12.6" x 24.4"). Manufactured in 2022, the system includes an on-site testing option and is sold as-is.

Paper Handling : The BM5050S accommodates a paper range of 65–300gsm (18lb bond to 110lb cover), depending on paper type. It is equipped with a VFX high-performance vacuum feeder and a CST 5000 creasing and trimming module for precise two-side head and foot trimming. The FM 5000 finishing module ensures accurate front trimming, while antistatic kits for the VFX feeder and CST 5000 enhance reliability during operation.
