Additionally, there are three double vertical feeders, DVA 100, which ensure the smooth and accurate feeding of the inner pages. The machine features a hand allowance on the chain deflection for precise control and adjustments. With its stitching station, 100.2, the Heidelberg Saddle Stitcher securely binds the pages together. Trimmers are integrated into the system to neatly trim any excess material. The inclusion of a transition marker enables seamless transitioning between different sections. Finally, the finished products are delivered using a stream belt delivery mechanism.
