Rebord-Astra is a high-speed case making machine, capable of processing up to 20 cases per minute, with a maximum sheet size of 750 x 1050 mm (750 x 1250 mm with an extended feed board). It features a Rebord sheet feeding station, Rebord top gluing station, Vacuüm belt, Rebord Spotter, and Pile delivery onto a pallet. It also comes equipped with a large hot animal glue tank with real viscosity measurement device, heated glue roller, and can be upgraded with a cold PVA glue to also be used for case lining.
