Machine Dalal is labor of love, technical labor but with love, nonetheless. It had been an arduous journey for us, especially me as the founder and perhaps the last remaining vestige of those who had germinated the idea in the first place.

There has been a whole lot of learning involved and to this day, we are guided by our users, who correct us, suggest us and light the path on which we are supposed to walk. They also tell us what works and what does not.

I personally believe success will come with small steady steps. Connecting one node at a time. New things we would try would work; sometimes they would need improvements, sometimes we would have to discard them – it is all part of building it.

We would not have come so far, invested so much into it, if we did not see the flow of customers to the sellers on our platform – as long as we are able to maintain that – I feel we are in a good place, delayed yes, but not defeated and out.
