Dimensions and Specifications : The Rotoman N features a 598.5 mm cut-off and a maximum web width of 965 mm, operating at speeds up to 55,000 revolutions per hour. The press is equipped with an AC drive system, automatic central oil lubrication, and a TECHNOTRANS Gamma.a refrigeration unit for temperature control. Web direction is left to right, ensuring efficient material flow through the production line.

Paper Handling : The press includes a MEGTEC reel splicer for 50" rolls, a MAN Roland infeed unit, and a QTI web guide system for precise paper alignment. Additional features include a web catching device, paper guiding system with rollers and break sensors, and a folder superstructure with a former fold and four angle bars. The delivery system supports two outputs for streamlined finishing.

Printing Unit : The Rotoman N is configured with four double printing units (blanket-to-blanket), each featuring PECOM press control, PPL semi-automatic plate changers, and motorized circumferential and side register adjustments. Automatic blanket washing is provided by a BALDWIN device, while a Hydromix dampening unit ensures consistent ink-water balance. QTI color and cut-off register controls maintain print accuracy throughout the run.

Plate Cylinder : The press includes semi-automatic plate changers (PPL) with motorized register adjustments for precise plate positioning. A plate bender is also provided for on-press plate preparation, enhancing setup efficiency and reducing downtime.
