Slotting & Creasing: Precision slotting with lead-screw-driven accuracy. Double-crease slotter knives for multi-ply boards. Optional: Independent creasing unit for complex jobs. Die-Cutting: Motor-driven anvil cover cylinder with 50 mm oscillation for even wear. Anvil trimming device ensures smooth, flat surface finish. Quick-change die mounting system. Coater + Dryer: Inline water-based coating system for added protection & finish. High-efficiency hot air/infrared dryer for rapid drying & productivity. Folding & Gluing (if integrated): Vacuum suction belt transfer with non-crush wheels. Spring-loaded plastic guide wheels for consistent folding accuracy. Counter Ejector (if equipped): Servo-driven bundle collection system with pressing for stable stacks. High-speed bundle delivery (up to 25 bundles/minute).
