We are pleased to offer: Used Foliant Gemini C400A Laminating Machine with Jogger Year 2013 Specification The Foliant Gemini C400A is a fully automatic, high-pressure thermal laminating machine, ideally suited for professional single-sided lamination, particularly for output from digital printing presses. Manufactured in 2013, this model is designed for short to medium runs and can handle sheets up to the B3 format. The machine features a sophisticated vacuum belt automatic feeder for reliable, continuous operation and uses a pneumatic system to apply high pressure to the laminating rollers, ensuring impeccable lamination quality, even on challenging digital materials. A key feature is the integrated compressor, which means no external air source is required. Crucially, this specific machine includes the JG-400 Jogger delivery unit, which is an essential accessory. The jogger receives the separated, laminated sheets and squares them up into a neat, stackable pile, optimising the workflow for subsequent finishing processes like guillotining. The C400A is also equipped with an Anti-Curl Mechanism (de-curl blade/roller) to ensure the laminated sheets remain perfectly flat. Max. Sheet Size: 380×580 mm Min.
